A visit to the printers
We've been working away making lots of lovely new printed papers that we can't wait to show you in the new year. This week we headed down to our eco-conscious printers in Exeter to oversee production.

Mmmmmm - yummy, yummy paper. Even blank the stock we've chosen is absolutely delicious. A beautiful little ivory number from Fedrigoni.

All the pre-mixed Pantones were stacked up and ready to go

And we also hadsome inks mixed up before our very eyes. Look how sexy that is!?

We get a lot of our stuff printed lithographically which means using thick ink laid onto metal plates. It gives a vibrancy that is hard to get digitally; it's also more nerve-wracking from a design point of view as you can't see ahead of time what the final print will look like! Which is where experience and a relentless attention to detail comes in.
