Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Hadley Paper Goods website. By accessing the site and placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you have any questions or queries please e-mail us at info@hadleypapergoods.co.uk.

PAYMENT

Payments are processed in line with new 3D secure legislation via Shopify Payments or PayPal. All major debit and credit cards are accepted, you don’t need to have a PayPal account to make the payment. After you have placed your order you will receive e-mail confirmation of the transaction.
We do not accept cheque payments.

DELIVERY

All our products are carefully wrapped in robust, plastic free packaging to make sure they reach you in pristine condition. Your order will usually be dispatched within 7 working days of payment. Postage is calculated for you at the checkout.

Overseas deliveries
We are happy to send our products around the world. Shipping costs are applied for you at the checkout.

Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are beyond our control, and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer.

All orders are processed in British Pounds Sterling.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your Hadley products. If the goods arrive and are damaged or faulty please inform us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.
If you’re returning your order for any other reason, you are entitled to a full refund (minus the postage) if the item is returned ‘as new’ in its original saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Please send all returns back in their original packaging, state the reason for the return, and tell us whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Retain your proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit.

Please give us up to two weeks to process your refund or exchange.
